Derrick Isler

Derrick has over 16 years of experience in higher education, with a strong foundation in data analysis, systems management, and programming. His career has been primarily focused in Admissions and Institutional Research, where he has played key roles in supporting data-driven decision-making processes. He has held positions at both Winston-Salem State University and East Carolina University. He joined the Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics office in October of 2018.

Derrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Winston-Salem State University, a Master of Business Administration from East Carolina University and various certifications in data analysis and project management.
